This page covers what www.onticalab.com and our MCP server at www.onticalab.com/mcp collect, how long we keep it, and what we use it for.
This website
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own server, so a visit sends no requests to other companies.
Like most web servers, ours keeps an access log. Each entry records your IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. We keep these logs for about 15 days and use them only to run the site and keep it secure.
The MCP server
The MCP server answers with information already published on this website. It has no sign-in and doesn't ask for personal information.
Requests to it go through the same access log. For each tool call we also record the time, the tool name, its parameters (fixed values such as a capability name) and the client's user-agent string. That record holds no IP address. We keep it for 12 months to see how the server is used.
If you write to hello@onticalab.com, we use your message to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. We keep correspondence while we're in touch with you about it, and delete it when it's no longer needed.
Where it's kept
The website and the MCP server run on Amazon Web Services in Sydney, Australia.
Sharing
We don't sell this information, and we don't share it with anyone unless the law requires us to.
